We are looking for a Sales Professional as aBusiness Development Managerin the agency vertical for India’s Leading Life Insurance Company.Job PurposeAs aBusiness Development Manager, You will be crucial in supporting our agency channel’s expansion and success. Maintaining efficient communication and coordination between the business and our agency partners will be your main responsibility.Job Roles And Responsibilities
  • Provide needed support and training to our financial advisors and individual advisors.
  • Make sure they understand our insurance products, sales methods, and customer service standards completely.
  • Monitor the sales performance of the sales advisor team within the agency channel. Keep track of their targets, achievements, and conversion rates.
  • Identify areas where additional support or training may be required to help financial advisors meet their goals.
  • Regularly engage with them to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to ensure a high rate of policy renewals and customer retention
Desired Candidates Profile
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Field Sales and Marketing in the BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or Investment domain
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
