Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate would be responsible for onboarding new channel partners & getting revenue targets achieved through them.
- Address all the queries of Channel Partners/Distributors and able to create the trust and credibility.
- The candidate will be on field job in Mumbai.
- Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories.
- Co-ordination with on-ground team for any customer request or servicing requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in the area of managing DSA/Sub-brokers/Channel Partners/IFAs in broking / investment advisory/ capital markets.
- Understanding of investment classes like Mutual fund, gold, stocks and bonds.
- Understanding of Insurance products will be added advantage.
- Worked in sales with an Investment Advisory company, AMCs, Equity Broking Houses.
- Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
- Good understanding of online platforms.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is must, regional language skills would be an added advantage.
- Very good numerical and analytic skills.
- Team player with an interpersonal skills.
