Roles and Responsibilities

  • The candidate would be responsible for onboarding new channel partners & getting revenue targets achieved through them.
  • Address all the queries of Channel Partners/Distributors and able to create the trust and credibility.
  • The candidate will be on field job in Mumbai.
  • Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories.
  • Co-ordination with on-ground team for any customer request or servicing requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the area of managing DSA/Sub-brokers/Channel Partners/IFAs in broking / investment advisory/ capital markets.
  • Understanding of investment classes like Mutual fund, gold, stocks and bonds.
  • Understanding of Insurance products will be added advantage.
  • Worked in sales with an Investment Advisory company, AMCs, Equity Broking Houses.
  • Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of online platforms.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is must, regional language skills would be an added advantage.
  • Very good numerical and analytic skills.
  • Team player with an interpersonal skills.
