Responsibilities & Key Deliverables-

- Procurement of plastic parts & plastic resign

- Maintaining inventory level

- Timely delivery & smooth supply chain

- Just in time defect free material delivery

Experience (years) - 5-7 Years

Qualification - B.Tech- Chemical/ Mech Engg

Competencies

- Good at MS Excel & SAP

- Good at communication skills

Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job

- worked with any OEM handling plastic parts in PP, ABS, HIPS & compounds.

- Understand plastic manufacturing process like injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, painting on plastic, printing, IMD etc.

- Capacity planning

- Scheduling & procurement of parts

- Schedule line & ERP system understanding

- Understanding of delivery terms & interstate norms

- Inventory management skills

- JIT & DOL understanding

- Knowledge of Transporter & warehousing agencies & their cost structure.

- Raw material sources & market information on plastic & monomers.

General Requirement:

Should have worked with any OEM handling Plastic Parts.
