- Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any Stream
- Experience- 5 to 8 years in catering.
- Verbal and written communication skills-Hindi and English
- Computer Knowledge must
Job Description:
- Sets up and breaks down chairs, tables, and buffet.
- Sets up the front line with the equipment
- Loads and unloads of service equipment.
- Assists other catering staff as needed to optimize the guests’ dining experience.
- Arrange staff and equipment.
- Plan menus in consultation with chefs
- Maintain stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Deal with staffing and client issues
- Plan and execute new promotions and initiatives, and contribute to business development.
- Maximise sales and meet profit and financial expectations.
- Monitor the quality and service provided
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
