What do we expect from you ?

• Labour handling for loading FG unloading raw and other material.
• Handling Bar Code & Hologram for all export states.
• Timely follow-up and reminders to L-1 & Bonds for return EVC.
• Prepare all report Production and Dispatch.
• Maintain Permit and daily dispatch & also handle Transport for timely dispatch.
• Fill all the query of Excise officer In charge as per excise rule.
• Daily check FG stock in Warehouse.
• Raw Material and Packaging Material Handling.
• Release the indent and purchase order.
• Maintain Delhi excise permit stationery.
• Timely maintain Bottling fee, Export fee, Bond fees and other excise Levies & Timely provide the rm pm stock report.
• Punching the issue slip, indent & PO in ERP/Tally.
• Timely posting the SRV in ERP/ Tally
• Process of Purchase Order & track & Process the ERP to account department timely.
• To Insure timely unloading of vehicle.
• Weekly and Monthly Physical check of Raw Material.

You’ll be a great fit if : -

• BA degree or Full-time graduation degree in any stream.

• Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the area of (Alco-bev/Bev/Paint industry).

• Quick Learning skills and the ability to demonstrate the same.

• Strong communications skills, Reading & Writing Punjabi, Hindi & English is Must .

• Proficient in MS Office and should be able to work on computer.
