Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician at Ask I.T Solutions located in Srinagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing computer hardware components, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware defects, and providing technical support to end-users. They will also be responsible for maintaining hardware inventories, ordering new hardware as needed, and ensuring data security and system confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, hardware peripherals, and software installation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
