Roles And Responsibilities

Education level

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in information management & technologies

Very good knowledge of Service Management (ISM Service Management) frameworks, processes,

best practices

Good Knowledge of Quality and Knowledge frameworks, processes, best practices

Project Management certified (PMP-Silver)

Management of Change expertise

Good understanding of Process Management Tools, ticketing, portals

Basic knowledge about functional areas in GBS

Basic knowledge of digitization

Good understanding of Service Agreements and the supplier market for outsourcing services

Knowledge

& Skills

12+ years of overall work experience, 5+ years of Management experience in Service delivery,

Service Management and Quality & Knowledge Management in a service organization

Customer service-oriented attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can engage with all levels in the

organization

Mature consulting and advisory skills, good relationship building skills to leverage and

orchestrate diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency

Good influencing and negotiation skills, confident in dealing with conflicting interests of the

various stakeholders, can influence without authority

Demonstrate tact and diplomacy to maintain successful working relations

Strong affinity with shared services

Ability to understand business priorities and with the capabilities, opportunities that technology

can bring to optimize the Service Delivery and to increase User/Customer experience whilst

interacting with GbS

Ability to connect with multiple functions (IT, HR, Purchasing, Finance and Insight & Data

Services)

Excellent team skills, leadership and mentoring ability with high result orientation desired

Able to generate, nurture the learning culture and collaborate across multiple stake holders
