Roles and Responsibilities


Looking for mainly Immediate Joiner or max 1 month Notice period

  • Candidate should have strong knowledge of Blockchains used in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, dogecoin etc.
  • Answer all the questions coming from community members.
  • Follow up on the comments and shares.
  • Having customer information such as past purchases and interaction history easily accessible can help customer support representatives provide better and faster customer service.
  • Collection of and access to customer data can help businesses identify trends and insights about their customers through reporting and visualization features.
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on buying trends.
  • Building a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration.
  • Ensuring high levels of call and field productivity with focus on exceeding expectations for call plans including call planning and follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, and so on.
  • Responsible for providing resolution to the users regarding cryptocurrency trading and LUNO platform
  • Investigated any escalation received from users.
  • Written blogs to educate the users about cryptocurrencies.
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
  • Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
  • Monitor all existing and prospective markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and prospects
  • Moderate social media channels.
  • Designing overarching technology strategies, project plan and extremely motivated creative & analytical approach for project execution.
  • Developing Process for Lead Generation team and responsible for Account Management & Coordination Dening RFPs, Contracts, MSA
  • Maintain the FAQ file updated and filled with reliable information, etc.
  • Handling calls inbound and outbound
  • Troubleshooting issues of Customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate have experience in Cryptocurrency.

Have excellent communication skills.

Have exposure in international market.


Shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
