Required for immediate joining on regular company role. Job location is at the customer site .


The Candidate will be required to attend server hardware calls. He will also be expected to maintain other assets on the site such as networking, desktops, laptops and printers.


The candidate must be an engineer with experience in hardware break-fix and must have knowledge of the Windows Server Operating system. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.


This is an L2 position and the candidate must be able to manage a team of 2-3 engineers.


Good communication and ability to handle the customer is necessary.
