Your role

Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies? Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity? Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally? Are you keen to move into the cloud and learn Dev Ops?
We’re looking for software engineers to:
  • provide technology solutions that will solve business problems
  • analyze business requirements for the Finance Analytics and Reporting Space
  • design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
  • provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
  • conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
  • collaborate with delivery teams to meet SDLC key checkpoint criteria and mitigate delivery risks
  • create and validate requirement evidence packs to ensure ongoing compliance with standards and policies
see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
  • identify opportunities to improve our processes, frameworks, and methodologies for IT standards compliance

Your team

You’ll be working in the Finance Analytics and Reporting Space, as part of the Technology division in Mumbai. We provide IT solutions to our business counterparts providing them with the financial data they need that will benefit their consumers.

Your expertise

  • ideally 8 years of experience in an Agile Scrum delivery model within the financial sector
  • experience of leading teams working on transformations of IT delivery environments
  • any experience in cloud DevOps is advantageous
  • in-depth engineering skills, technical and architectural understanding with particular focus on CI/CD & Continuous Testing technologies (service design and automation)
  • experience in setting up continuous deployment environment
  • technical expertise and experience in using gitlab, jira, confluence, sharepoint
  • experience in creating test packs, test evidences and required paperwork required during various phases of SDLC
  • good understanding of Agile methodology; able to lead Scrum teams
  • good experience in maintaining Agile boards in jira.
  • excellent process understanding and delivery management skills
