We are searching for a highly creative digital marketing manager to lead and embrace the marketing team. There will be planning, implementing, and monitoring the digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
5. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
6. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

1. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Plan and manage social media platforms.
3. Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
4. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
5. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting this industry.
6. Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
7. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
8. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
9. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
10. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
