Qualifications

  • 12+ years of extensive experience successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects, including enterprise-level initiatives, with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects concurrently, managing resources, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, senior executives, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide innovative ideas, and design breakthrough solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with the ability to manage project finances effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and business solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in technology-enabled business transformation, driving organizational change, and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
