What would you do ?Roles And ResponsibilitiesStudent Management : Taking the student queries over the call and briefing them about our course offerings (via calls) and maintaining call records as well
  • Handling support requests of the students via calls and emails
Content Management
  • Handling the backend activities
  • Uploading of the content made on a day to-day basis
  • Updating them on all the social media platforms
  • Editing videos using various software
  • Keeping a backup of all the study material on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinating mock interviews, Toppers Interview with the selected students and maintaining a record of the same
  • Working on MS Office on a daily basis.
