Job Title: Electrical & Controls Estimation Engineer

Job Location: Pune near Talawade IT park.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Current Vacancy: 3 Positions

Job Description:

· Predominantly processing customer’s requests for quotations, analyzing their

requirements, estimating and preparing proposals

· Ensuring effective and cooperative working relationships are maintained between Sales team, internal team and customers

· Maintaining a close working relationship with Management, Production (Engineering, Manufacturing), Quality Staff, Project Engineers, and Purchase Engineer

· Identifying and developing opportunities to provide better customer service, as well as

looking for continuous improvement and innovation

Technical Responsibilities

· Prepare/assist in preparation of tenders/contracts and manage the initial design of RFQ within approved procedures

· Defining the Scope of Work for Application/Client Requirements.

· Evaluating Government/Private Tenders, Preparation & Submission of Bid.

· Customized Machinery(automation) Cost Estimations.

· Supplier Database Creation & Vendor Supplier Management.

· Working with different Technical team in the organization in order to come up with a winning proposal

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· 3-5 years’ experience in a technical/engineering discipline

. Drawing/ plan reading knowledge

. Well reading habit

· Excellent time management & organization skills.

· Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.

· Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

· Able to work under heavy workload and to tight deadlines.

· Delivery of effective project presentations outlining project scope, details, and status updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹11,626.00 - ₹39,373.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Evening shift

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 2 years (Required)
  • Estimation of electrical/controls/EPC project: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Electrical Component Selection (PLC/Breaker/Panel Board/Etc): 2 years (Preferred)
  • MEP field: 2 years (Preferred)
