• Develop good strategic relationships with various direct and indirect clients.
• Incorporate the customer concepts and requirements into the designs.
• Maintain individual files of every client & update daily work progress.
• Site visits for taking measurements
• Prepare the quotation for civil and interior work
• Prepared BOQs for Modular furniture as per clients requirements
• Formulating specifications and preparation / Review of BOQs.
• Prepare & Compare the Tender Document, Quotation, Architectural Drawings
• Prepare cost estimates based on the detailed BOQ to confirm Project Budget.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, documentation and presentations
• Approve site measurement sheet & checklist & give it to supervisors.
• Coordination with Project Team during execution.
• Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel
• Get the client satisfaction report.

Role and Eligibility:

• 2 years’ experience in structural, construction, interior estimating
• Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering or related field
• Must have the ability to understand architectural, structural and site drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
