Purpose of the Job:

  • Effective supervision and development of operators to achieve optimum material and manpower cost.

Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):

  • Ensure compliance of services to schedule as per contract and real time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials to achieve desired profitability.
  • Regularly brief operators on safety and ensure its compliance to prevent accidents during work execution. Monitoring and educating them for services to be done through Operator Application.
  • Ensure effective services by which pest occurrences are prevented and customer complaints avoided.
  • Monitor services efficacy and stack conditions consistently at Warehouses to ensure effective fumigation and commodity protection.
  • Monthly reports like Chemical closing, Physical Verification revenue.
  • CRM visits with accounts. Customer awareness programme on monthly basis.
