Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for International Chat Process. You will be part of team making and taking Outbound and Inbound for customers in North America and solving their queries.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills with an ability to solve customers queries. Extensive training will be provided. Attractive salary and ideal working environment.

Home pick and drop and you will get Night Shift allowance also.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Fresher’s.

- Undergraduate or Graduate (Fresher’s )

- Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication

- Reliability in terms of attendance and timing

- Flexible for 24x7 shifts

- Should not have any commitments part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
