Jobinhalt

a) Operate stationary internal-combustion engines, using Producer gas for fuel, to produce power for export.

b) Operation of the Producer Gas engine (Waste to Energy).

c) Synchronization of Engine load as per production of Producer gas.

d) Synchronization of power export in line with concerned Electricity department

e) To attend Routine and preventive Maintenance /Issues of Gas Engine in the plant.

f) Shift scheduling and operational schedule preparation for 24 hours operation of the plant.

g) To ensure 24-hour operation in discussion with plant head for raw material stock and another equipment status.

h) Preparation of preventive and routine maintenance schedule in discussion with plant team and project team.

i) Preparation of spare requirements and submission to plant head to ensure timely delivery of the spares.

j) Training for operators regarding gas engine operation and maintenance of the engine.

k) To maintain log sheets of engine operations and update them to the project team.

l) Oversee daily operations, report preparation, coordination for breakdown, and meetings with the project team.

m) Co-ordination for the project expansion phase

n) Training for expansion phase gas engines and other site gas engines to run the engine, also to train operators for operations
