Roles and Responsibilities

1. To Prepare Review Computer System Validation Protocols, Scripts & Reports related for accuracy, risk assessments, functional specifications , completeness and traceability as well as adherence to protocol/procedures with respect to:

i) Laboratory Systems.
ii) Manufacturing Systems.
iii) Engineering Systems.
iv) IT infrastructure

2. To participate in internal audits for review of audit trails and verification of CAPA related to IT Systems.

3. Review of SOPs related to IT Systems.

4. Participate in the investigation for deficiencies and ensuring closure through adequate impact analysis/ corrective actions or justifications.

5. Review of deviations or change control related to IT Systems.

Spread Sheet validation controls.

6. Work in partnership with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation and QC to increase knowledge and understanding of c GMP to improve practices and procedures.

7. Support during Audits like USFDA, MHRA, BRC & Client Audits

8. Ensuring data integrity (ALCOA), qualification and validation

9. Disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan

10. Analytical software evaluation, finalization & implementation

11. Administration of different quality control and HR softwares.

12. Technical Support for different computer system used in the organization

13. Verification of backup, backup scheduling and policies.

14. ERP Support to users for different modules (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Inventory System, HR, Administration, Sales, Weighing).

15. Troubleshooting for different ERP error and their resolution.

16. Developing challenge test plans, overseeing acceptance testing.

17. Understand business need for new developments controls

Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements (in form of reports)

18. Disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.

Qualification script required for compliance as per regulatory authorities.

19. Implementation, support, training for different ERP modules as per requirement
