Job Description

Should have 0.6 -2 years of experience.
Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Hands on experience with W2, C2C & Full time is must.
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD’s, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
Experience in recruiting, H1’s, Citizens, GC’s, OPT’s and EAD consultants.
Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster,and LinkedIn.
Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling IT Requirements from Pan India based clients
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals
  • Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹9,343.00 - ₹20,869.00 per month
