What this job involves:
Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures with the ability to resolve complex queries or deliverables
Demonstrate Knowledge in HR Shared Services space and integration of its processes with HR technologies across countries
Demonstrate high proficiency in driving process standardization and streamlining
Drive SLA/OLA implementation and changes in the team to meet service levels
Manage escalations from key stakeholders and business
Ensure that delivery of transactional tasks are ’best in class
Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, including those of leads
Ensure to have a mechanism to not just measure but effectively display performance metrics
Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives and driving it to successful closure
Drive and ensure leads are able to focus on improving the team’s productivity & deliver high efficiencies
Accountable for setting team performance expectations, reinforcing goals, providing coaching and feedback on team performance
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open and continuous communication culture
Guide team through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development
Ensure absolute minimal to zero human dependencies with process understanding or knowledge with not just process but also with operational requirements
Act as a backup for the senior leader by proactively taking ownership as and when the situation warrants
Remain updated on all Client Communications and Changes in the organization and keep the team updated
Proactively assess and work on self for activities/responsibilities aligned and deliver efficiencies
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve issues or conflicts
Work towards the capacity building to ensure there are contingency plans in place for service delivery
Ensure to drive regular sense check of data being updated by Team leads/Supervisor/AM
Approvals to process documentation by working closely with Leads/Stakeholders
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training team leads to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and team leads

Key Skills:
Demonstrated excellent understanding of core HR Shared Service practices and processes and HR technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in Workday HR will be an advantage
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Excellent Team/People management skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or another related field
10-12 years of experience in HR Shared or HR client services roles (Mandatory)
Experience in leading an HR services team of >25 members for 4-5 years minimum
