We are looking for an HR Executive for our company. The candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Job Responsibilities :Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Interviewing candidates via job portal & social media. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Create and implement an effective onboarding plan Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment. Prepare Documentation ( Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience letter, etc.) Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data. Develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition.
