We are seeking a talented HR Intern to join our team who will work closely with Senior HR.

Responsibilities

  • Helping the human resources manager create and instate a sound recruitment process to fill company job vacancies.
  • Supporting employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their issues.
  • Conduct interviews with job applicants for organizational positions.
  • Filing HR documents and communicating with the HR manager on all matters relating to human resources.
  • Actively participate in HR projects, including job postings and job fairs.
  • Run and manage the HR software of the organization and ensure it’s up to date.

Qualifications

  • Should have at least or a master bachelor’s or a master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem – solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
