Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager in hospital located in Manesar. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management. The HR Manager will also be expected to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local laws and regulations, and represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare HR management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of discretion
  • Experience in healthcare industry or multi-speciality hospital is a plus
