Everest Information Security team, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for its headquarters in Warren, New Jersey. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical leadership through hands on work with SailPoint and partnering with the application teams to integrate with SailPoint.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Work in a team setting, partnering with Infrastructure and Application teams to advance Everest’s Identity & Access Management capabilities.
  • Short term to assist with the rollout of SailPoint Access Center.
  • Longer term continues to expand the integration with SailPoint and implement roles.
  • Create methods to keep Active Directory accurate and up to date.
  • Drive automation, to reduce manual work and integrate with trusted sources, for example Workday.
  • Deliver strong repeatable process, that can be relied on for Compliance requirements.
  • Create documentation to support the access process, as needed.

Work Experience And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education
  • 3+ years of experience with Identity and access management technology
  • Hands on experience of SailPoint
  • Ability to create connectors with applications and SailPoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow and SailPoint Integration
  • Strong detailed knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience creating groups in SailPoint
  • HR system and SailPoint integration
  • Experience creating and following processes required for Compliance
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment as well as independently.
Good verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient verbal and written skills required to effectively communicate in the English language.
  • Information Security certification is a plus (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)
