Roles

To monitor current operations and determine more efficient production processes.
To analysing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.

Responsibilities

Work study uses technique like method study and work measurement to understand work potential in term of time spend on completion of job.
Scientific and controlling method analysis of existing available method of execution task
Establish of standard for performance measurement
Must have exposure of work study and work measurement in machine shop, welding shop, assembly shop and paint shop.
Increase production efficiency
Proper implementation of process norms/control plans.
Ensure equipments in process are calibrated.
Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
Analysis of organizational objective, performance indicator, planning and initiating corrective action after analysis.

Should have experience of developing and setting of in-process quality system in reputed automobile industries

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Relevant work experience, more than 5 but less than 10 years in Auto OEM
Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes (Welding & Fabrication and Assembly), and standards.
Conversant with Lean manufacturing and quality techniques like PFD/PFMEA/Control Plans/Poka Yoke /Kaizens/Takt time/Throughput time etc.
Planning and Problem solving Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Troubleshooting skills.
Documentation and organization skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
