  • Outbound communication by phone and email to a large volume of cold and warm leads daily.
  • Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reports.
  • Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain lead records and activities.
  • Formulating a compelling annual plan for the region, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them.
  • Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) through effective management of leads and sales funnel for the assigned cloud product / business
  • Manage interactions with key channel partners for the concerned product / business, including effective execution of business development / marketing initiatives and channel enablement programs.
  • Responsible for resolution of escalated issues pertaining to the concerned cloud product / business.
  • Interface between Sales Engineering/R&D and the sales teams
