Company Description
LIC is the largest financial institution and life insurance organization in India. It is a state-owned public sector corporation with its central office located in Mumbai. LIC has 8 zonal offices, 109 divisional offices, and 2048 fully computerized branches. In order to serve rural communities, LIC has also opened 992 satellite offices in rural areas. Established in 1956 by an Act of Parliament, LIC has been instrumental in the financial and infrastructure development of the nation.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor at LIC located in Meerut. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance advice and guidance to clients, analyzing their needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. The Advisor will also assist clients with the application process, handle policy renewals, and provide excellent customer service. This role allows for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Insurance and Finance skills
  • Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
