Roles and Responsibilities

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention through voice and non- voice means.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team.
Give customers the information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Training will be provided for the same.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have the quality of three P’s Professionalism, Patience and People’s first.
Excellent Communication Skills
A clear Communicator.
Strong hold in English language
Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts.
Should be comfortable with work from office as well as work from home profile.
Candidate should be residing in Tricity or is open to relocate. ( Pinjore, Kalka and Kharar included).
Freshers can apply.
Undergraduates and graduates in any field can apply.
