Retrotech Business Solutions is looking for an ambitious and aggressive Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new customers in the international market: (as per assigned region). The manager will play a key role in increasing revenues through targeted customer acquisition, execute the sales process, meet sales targets, build client relationships and build a young sales team. The ideal candidate is aware of the current market trends within the category, customer and consumer behavior and is an early adopter of technology.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, acquiring clients & maintaining client relationships resulting in customer retention/ renewals and word of mouth referrals over the phone.
  • Actively maintains and expands client databases in the various segments in the assigned region and growing existing ones.
  • Handle new client onboarding and build pipeline for new business accounts.
  • Research and plans for Customer calls/demo on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Understand the market, customers and use data to increase productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Create a positive brand image/awareness of 10times to new prospective clients on the call.
  • Keeps a customer centric approach in sales calls, follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationship with the customer.
  • Captures Customer success as a case study and shares with the relevant teams.
  • Ensures appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner.
  • Learn and explore new methods on a daily basis to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
  • Act as a buddy to support and guide new joiners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Comfortable to work in the evening or night shifts as per the assigned region.
  • Strong ethical practices for customer acquisition.
  • 3+ years of experience in international sales preferably in US, APAC, Middle East or Europe market.
  • Market knowledge and sales skills to acquire customers.
  • Experience in handling a team would be an added advantage.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational ability.
