Preparation Of Monthly Financial Statements Journal Entries on Daily Basis Daily Control Of Cash & Fund Flow Accounts Receivable / Payable Control. Maintaining Safety in the Work environment. Maintaining Cash Accounts ,debit,credit,balance sheet ,Bank reconciliation etc. Maintaining Customers ( Local Customer & Vendors) Following the outstanding debit & credit balance Maintaining Books Of accounts Maintaining customers ledger & their outstanding. Prepare payments by accounting expences,assiging account numbers requesting disbursements,reconciling accounts Protects Organizationals value by keeping information confidential . Maintain Account Books & Accounting Systems to keep up to date records. Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts. Analyze & suggest ways to reduce ,increase revenues & maximize profit.
