Educational Qualification: Officers of the Central Govt. /State / UT/ Autonomous Organization Holding analogous post on regular basis or with at least six years of regular service in Level-5 or with atleast ten years of regular service in Level - 4 experience in Civil constructions and maintenance work of major projects
