The role of Lead, People & Culture (P&C) for Foundation & Sports is to provide strategic People leadership and vision that will directly impact and support emergent & progressive capability development needs in the Social Impact organisation. You will be responsible for fostering a Culture in the Social Impact organisation, where each associate will be a stakeholder and will take initiative to personally embody the principles of RoundGlass’ vision and purpose. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent employee experience and for making RoundGlass Foundation & RoundGlass Sports, a place where people can do their best work.

RoundGlass Sports is transforming sports in the state of Punjab by creating an environment that’s both desirable and equitable, building infrastructure, training and motivation through an Academy and Grassroots program to help players reach their full potential.

Our focus is on bringing world class standards to RoundGlass Punjab Football Club and The RoundGlass Sports Academy which will support the development of talent in football, hockey and tennis, underpinned by the principles of Wholistic Wellbeing.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Foundation and Sports leaders to design & deploy a robust capability building plan focused on attraction & retention of right talent to meet current & emergent growth & expansion needs
  • Putting in place differentiated People practices aligned with a Culture deeply embedded & invested in the cause of Wholistic Wellbeing of Humanity
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, collect and utilize data to improve understanding and delivery of core P&C processes and influence on business outcomes
  • Leading and drive initiatives such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HRIS, learning & development, compensation & benefits execution, and associate engagement
  • Manage & lead transformational projects that favourably impact the higher order outcomes of the Sports and Foundation lines of business
  • Coach internal stakeholders on continually raising the hiring and development bar as we scale up our operations in the Sports and Foundation lines of business
  • Ensure zero-tolerance compliance with multinational, state, and local requirements and advising management on same
Who we’re looking for:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, with proven experience of having led the HR function in a Social Enterprise and/or Sports Business of global repute & scale
  • Proven experience creating positive work environments through effective employee engagement practices
  • Proven experience using individual talent and organizational capability assessment tools and diagnostic instruments
  • Experience facilitating senior level meetings and counseling business leaders on culture, values, human capital and development topics
  • Strong track record of meeting Organizational Effectiveness needs in a geographically dispersed, decentralized organization. Global cultural orientation and work experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Tech and start-up savviness
  • Articulate and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to building a diverse, equitable, inclusive work environment
