  • Works closely with the operations to ensure all training objectives are met in accordance with applicable regulations and industry practices. Regulations include, but not limited to FDA Quality system regulations, ISO 13485, EUMDR, India MDR etc.
  • Responsible for coordination and facilitation of training needs and documentation for all level of employees.
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining all paper and electronic training records.
  • Responsible for presenting trainings.
  • Develop and improve training tools to effectively train staff.
  • Assist in the facilitation of Orientation training and functions that support onboarding of new employees.
