Nature of work: CNC Machining/Turning of ring or ring like auto components from forged to finished condition

Skills Requirement/scope of work:

Overall production planning and strategy using lean manufacturing approach

Interpretation of drawing and work planning in proper operational sequence

Workholding technique and knowledge for components with critical tolerances

Programming, tool identification, operator training ability

Shift Management and Output driven approach

Detection and avoidance of out of tolerance machining

System driven quality inspection and management
