The Ideal candidate shall preferably be Degree, if not Diploma in Engineer (Must be full Time) from Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Civil+ Diploma in Industrial Safety form State Board from India (Must), from CLI of RLI or similar recognized institute shall be preferred.

The Candidate shall have 20 years of Construction HSE experience for Industrial Projects (Not with builders / Infrastructure Projects), for EPC Construction Sites (Not with PMC / Owners etc.).

He shall have minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction site, Overseas experience shall be preferred.He shall have minimum 8 years experience as HSE Manager or Dy HSE Manager. He must have handle Construction project as HSE Manager.
The candidate having big size International project exposure or Similar Safety Conscious Clients in India shall be preferred.

He shall be LA for of ISO 140001 & OSHS 18001 or ISO 45001 & shall be well conversant with MS Office.

Candidate having international qualification & Knowledge of ORIYA shall be preferred.
