Required Candidate profile

Designing and implementing system and procedures to facilitate seamless manufacturing operation.
Maintaining and controlling inventories to achieve the target of production.
Responsible to produce a cost effective product with quality standards matching the competitors.
Review of time assigned for each job on regular basis.
Work with production planning team to level load the line so that resources are used most effectively and efficiently determine the resources required to fulfill the demand.
Manpower planning and control to ensure the required productivity and optimum Utilization.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including engineering, procurement, logistics and management.
Check drawing of the product before process and knowledge data recording MIS daily basic.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
