Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mechanical BIM Modeler located in Trivandrum. As a Mechanical BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to mechanical building information modeling (BIM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed mechanical models, perform clash detection analysis, generate construction drawings, and support the coordination and collaboration process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes
  • Experience in creating and maintaining mechanical BIM models
  • Familiarity with MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems
  • Good communication and modelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
