Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role at VVDN Technologies located in Manesar. As a Mechanical Design Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical design process and managing a team of mechanical engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of mechanical design projects. You will also be involved in design reviews, feasibility studies, and the implementation of design best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 15+ Yrs. of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar role and minimum 6+ yrs experience in handling team.
  • Plastic design/small device design experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, standards, and best practices
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Experience with design analysis and simulation tools
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of mechanical engineers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
