Position Title: OFFICER HR & Admin {Plant}

Department: P&A

Work Location: BHIWADI

Grade: OFFICER

Travel Required: Yes (10%)

Reporting to: Plant HR & Admin Head

Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

MSW or MBA-HR or PG Diploma-PMIR. Diploma in Labour Law of LLB would be preferred.


Experience: 3 to 5 years in all gamut of Plant HR & Administration Activities.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The incumbent should have 2-3 yrs. of experience in Personnel department of a manufacturing unit. The incumbent should have through knowledge in industrial law Industrial Disputes act, Workmen compensation act, Minimum wages act, factory act.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

Wage & Salary administration

- To maintain employees register (Permanent & Casual) issue of pay slips and assisting cashier in wages distribution.

- To count monthly days for salary and wages.


Customer Oriented

- To identify gaps in workers training programs and suggest changes to Plant HR & Admin Head to incorporate that meets the needs of management and employees.

- To assist in coordination of Training and Recognition programs being conducted in plant.


People Oriented

- To assist in regularization of company Role workers as per AOP on monthly basis.

- To assist in coordinating performance review process of staff and workers i.e confirmation/mid-year review and annual appraisal.


Internal Business Process

Leaves & Attendance

- To prepare attendance report of workers & staff.

- To prepare daily manpower report.

- To ensure that muster roll is complete at the beginning of every month.

- To complete EL, CL registers.


Statutory Compliances

- To complete P.F and E.S.I declaration of new employees.

- To maintain ESI card issue register.

- To fill up PF withdrawal forms (19 & 10C) of left employees.

- To maintain ESI cards and PF slip issue register.


Administration

- To undertake liasioning with police, labour authorities, factory inspector & PF, ESI authorities.
