Responsibilities
  • Identify, screen and present active and passive top-tier candidates to Management.
  • Prepare and Conduct Mock Tests to Job Seekers.
  • Taking care of Joining Formalities and arrangement of job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and phone interviews for hiring managers with candidates.
  • Assess technical requirements and assign it to the team or work hands on until a team is established.
  • Absence and Time Management of the team.
