Exp: 2 - 5 years (total), 1 - 2 years (role specific)

Good understanding of desktop support process

Windows and Linux operating systems

PowerShell, Bash and any programming/coding knowledge on a language like Python

MS Active Directory, WSUS

Network, VPN

Remote tools like RDP, SSH, VNC, WebEx

Applications like outlook, thunderbird, MSOffice, Browsers, Antivirus, VPN, Zoom/MSTeams

Basics knowledge in

EUC Automation/Orchestration platform/tools, SCCM

AWS/Azure cloud
