Job title- Process Expert - Purchase to Pay (Accounting Clerk - A/P Accounting)

We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.


We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process
Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Sourcing Activities:-

  • Coordination with engineering team/CS for the new and updated requirements of the warranty and AMC spares, taking quotation of spares from factories and third party vendors
  • Negotiation of quotations for price and delivery time, Compiling the all negotiated quotes for landed prices with factoring GST/Custom and transportation
  • Taking approval from LM MGM, placing the Inter Company (ICB/ICC) Purchase orders

Followup Activities:-

  • Following up to factory and vendors for timely delivery, coordination of material receipt at warehouse and GRN

Inventory management & Other activities:-

  • Inventory management at warehouse
  • Coordination of material issuance to Sites
  • Coordination of sending faulty material from sites to factories/vendors for warranty replacement/repairs
  • Coordination of receipt of receipt/repaired material within agreed turn around time

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and FICO module.
  • Strong understanding of P2P (procure to Pay) and Accounting process.
  • Good communication and problem solving attitude
  • Experience with MS-Excel, MS Power Points and MS access
