Our client leading HVAC, Fire and Security, Turnkey solutions provide company their office located at Navrangpura Ahmadabad.

Please find job details:
Position: Project Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Qualification: DME OR BE Mechanical

Gander: Male

Office time: 09:30 to 06:30 (6 days week)

Job role:
Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project

Establish project cost control centres for tracking of equipment, material, labour, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades

Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project

Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety

Follow‐up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure

customer satisfaction Manage large jobs with minimal supervision

Estimate changes in scope of work
