Key Deliverables of this role
- Handling of site for execution, quality check, pre-planning for new sites, handling supervisors etc. at various sites
- Updating project status.
- Co-ordination with Consultant, Contractors & Clients.
- Arranging site meetings & implementing safety rules etc.
- Billing and getting payment
- Interact with client
Must have functional competencies
- Capability in handling all sites efficiently and planning effectively.
- Knowledge of drawing readings and measurements.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good communication skill.

Qualification Engineer - Mechanical/Civil
Previous Experience (Yr.) 15 -20 years of site experience preferably in Roofing/PEB/Structural handling sites pan India
Location: Candidate will be stationed in Mumbai and should be ready to travel PAN India
