Job Summary
1) Maintain records of goods ordered and received. 2) Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

3) Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Researching potential vendors
    • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
    • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
    • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
