Qualification Document preparation & review for new equipment, repaired / relocated equipment (URS,DQ,FAT,SAT,IQ,OQ,PQ).
Handling (Facing) of Internal and external audits and its compliance
Co-ordination with external agency for -
Calibration of Pressure Gauge, Vacuum Gauge, Compound Gauge, Thermo Hygro Meter
Integrity Testing of Air Filters
Temperature Mapping Study
Validation of Process Gas (Compressed Air & Nitrogen)

Co-ordination with internal stake holder for building audit
Tracking & Timely Closure of Engineering related QMS Element (Change Control, Deviation & CAPA)
