This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Check customer specification, reference sample availability before running the job in production.
  • Monitor the quality of semi-finished products received from other process.
  • First article inspection and approval to start the production.
  • Inspect the process quality during production line and check whether the operation is carried out according to the standard specification.
  • Identify the process defect and ensure the proper segregation, identification of HOLD or rejected material at shop floor.
  • Ensure the compliance of system defined & 5 S at shop floor.
  • Maintain NC Report & disposal record of NC material
  • Prepare the quality plan for IPQC and compliance at shop floor.
  • Knowledge of quality tools for problem solving.
  • Rejection analysis and implementing CAPA coordinating with cross function.
  • Finish good inspection as per customer acceptance criteria and approval for dispatch.
  • Training to the working team on shop floor for customer quality requirement and best practices.
  • Prepare relevant Work instructions and SOPs for product measurement & testing.
  • Can work in flexible shift as per organization need.
  • Assist to QA manager in documentation & compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Printing & Packaging technology
  • 2+ years’ of industry experience
