Role: Lead, Manage, Monitor Develop a team of Recruiters to achieve assigned targets and goals in recruitment process.ResponsiblitiesCarry out End-End Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling for Interview, Following Up with client candidate, Documentation etc)Work on overachieving assigned Revenue TargetsManaging Mentoring a Team of RecruitersEnd-End Recruitment Process
  • Sourcing / Calling prospective candidates and informing of job openings available to us through our clients
  • Screening / Profiling the candidates based on their Resumes.
  • Scheduling the screened candidates for interview.
  • Follow up to ensure candidates attend interview as scheduled.
  • Follow up with the candidate and recruiter on status of candidature.
  • Document the process on Microsoft Excel / ERP and recruitment tools provided by the firm.
  • To perform all passive activities of recruitment like job posting , mailers, etc as instructed.
Desired Profile
  • Any Graduate with PASSION to work as a recruiter / HR Domain.
  • Should be able to grasp concepts and work process and implement the same.
  • Should be proactive in nature
  • Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
  • Should have great communication skills both written and oral.
  • Should be result oriented and capable to work on targets.
