JOB DESCRIPTION

Open new marketing channels to acquire new clients.
Handle inquiries and guide clients with the onboarding process.
Sell and cross-sell trade products and services to clients to achieve targets.
Establish and develop relationships with brokers/business partners.
Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by clients;
Develop opportunities to increase sales productivity.
Handles admin and other ad hoc duties
Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
Resolve client queries.
Analyze financial requirements of customers and match them with product offerings.
Develop opportunities to increase sales productivity.
Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions adhere to the company s policies and procedures.
Coach and assist the brokers to enhance productivity and achieve the set targets.
