JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Open new marketing channels to acquire new clients.
  • Handle inquiries and guide clients with the onboarding process.
  • Sell and cross-sell trade products and services to clients to achieve targets.
  • Establish and develop relationships with brokers/business partners.
  • Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by clients;
  • Develop opportunities to increase sales productivity.
  • Handles admin and other ad hoc duties
  • Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
  • Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
  • Resolve client queries.
  • Analyze financial requirements of customers and match them with product offerings.
  • Develop opportunities to increase sales productivity.
  • Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions adhere to the company s policies and procedures.
  • Coach and assist the brokers to enhance productivity and achieve the set targets.
